'When we were kayaking on Lake Nicaragua, and Sepi told us that her mother was opening a B&B in Bath, I knew that we had to make a visit to the B&B part of our trip to Jesses’ Bowdoin graduation. But I did not know that we would get to be your very first guests. Although we did not get to see the house in its final form, we were treated like royalty in our beautiful surroundings. Persian breakfast and dinner, fascinating conversation on topics from around the world. What a perfect place to rest and relax in the midst of natural beauty and Shadi-made beauty.
It has been an honor to be your first guests, and we have gotten a unique perspective from watching this beautiful structure arise out of dust and chaos of a construction site. Sepideh, if you might be reading this, thanks for bringing us here.'
